My studio is located in the heart of Irvine, California and I teach violin, viola, clarinet, and saxophone students of all ages and ability levels. My former students are on scholarship at and are graduates of Stanford, Oberlin, Indiana, UCLA, UC Irvine, CSU Long Beach, CSU Fullerton, San Francisco State, and many other major music programs. I believe that talent is not innate, but learned, and anyone can play any instrument at any age given the right motivation and instruction, all things being equal.
I think this is the most important part of my site. Here is a collection of resources that I make use of as I teach students of all ages and all ability levels, both privately and in ensemble/group settings.
