Gene Wie is Music Director of the Community Youth Orchestra of Southern California, Orchestra Director and AP Computer Science Teacher at St. Margaret's Episcopal School, Lecturer in Music Technology at the Orange County High School of the Arts, and Vice President of MusiShare, Inc.
He is a professional performer and teacher of violin, viola, clarinet, and saxophone, and is presently studying trumpet and flugelhorn. His work in music also includes engagements as a conductor, arranger, orchestrator, and composer.
This summer Gene is teaching at the Viola Workout and is the viola faculty member for ChamberArtsFest.
